COVID-19

Dear Members, Program Participants and Guests,
 
As of October 1st, 2021, Lakewood Indoor Tennis Centre will require proof of vaccination for Covid-19 and a mask to access the facility in accordance with Saskatchewan Public Health Measures. This means that anyone age 18 and older will be required to provide proof of vaccination to the Front Desk in order to enter the club. Youth under the age of 18 are exempt from proof of vaccination if they are participating in sport, but must wear a mask.  All guests and spectators must provide proof of vaccination and wear a mask at all times.
