Our Adult Lessons create a pathway for new and existing players to integrate into our facility. Our programs are very interactive, so you'll meet new playing partners - whether you want to or not! All our programs aim to minimize wait time, so expect to get a good workout in these sessions.

- LEVEL 1
This program is the perfect introduction to tennis. Our coaches will introduce the strokes required to play tennis, with a focus on rallying, serving, and playing the net. Participants also learn tennis scoring and positioning for singles and doubles. Start here if you’re new to tennis or want a review of the basics to increase confidence and are interested in building a solid foundation in the sport.
Players new to our program looking to begin at LEVEL 2 or higher must book a LITC Player Assessment
- LEVEL 2
This program builds on the fundamentals of tennis introduced in Level 1 to help further improve your game. Our coaches will refresh introductory techniques and dive further into controlling the ball. Players who participated in our Level 1 program must receive coach approval before registering in Level 2. - LEVEL 2.5
This program will focus on developing technical fundamentals to introduce tactics for singles and doubles. Understanding these concepts will provide players with the skills to participate in tournaments and leagues within the club and beyond. Players who participated in our Level 2 program must receive coach approval before registering in Level 2.5. - LEVEL 3
This program will require fundamental technical skills to execute tactics for singles and doubles. Players will learn how to attack and defend by recognizing strength and weakness in their opponents and themselves. Players who participated in our Level 2.5 program must receive coach approval before registering in Level 3.
