LEVEL 1.0-1.5
This program is the perfect introduction to tennis. Our coaches will introduce all the strokes required to play tennis, with a focus on rallying, serving, and playing the net. Participants also learn tennis scoring and positioning for singles and doubles. Start here if you’re new to tennis or want a review of the basics to increase confidence and are interested in building a solid foundation in the sport.
LEVEL 2.0-2.5
This program builds on the fundamentals of tennis introduced in Level 1 to help further improve your game. Our coaches will refresh introductory techniques and dive further into controlling the ball. Graduates of Level 1 should feed directly into this class, as well as existing players looking to get a better understanding of tennis technique and tactics.
LEVEL 2.5-3.0
This program will focus on developing technical fundamentals to execute tactics for singles and doubles. Understanding these concepts will provide players with the skills to participate in tournaments and leagues within the club and beyond. Players graduating from our Level 2.5-3.0 class will be comfortable with grip changes, top spin and slice, serving with a full motion, and have a clear understanding of doubles positioning.
