Registration is scheduled to open at 6:00 PM on the date advertised. Spaces fill up quickly so we recommend registering as close to this time as possible.

The class I want to register my child or myself in is full, will more spaces open?
We recommend adding your child or yourself to the waitlist, we are sometimes able to open additional spaces or create new classes depending on waitlist length. We also occasionally have participants withdraw from registration and will contact those on the waitlist to fill the available spaces.

I registered but am not able to complete payment, will I still have a spot?
Our system automatically deletes all registrations that do not have a completed payment before midnight of the date they were added. You should receive a payment reminder email in the late-evening notifying you that their registration will be automatically removed.

My child isn't the minimum program age, can they still register?
If your child is turning the minimum program age after the start date (but before the end date) of the program, we will allow them to register. However, your registration will have to be completed through the Front Desk either over the phone or in person unless we have set-up your account for this beforehand; please reach out before the registration start date to [email protected].

We are no longer able to participate in a program we registered for, how do we withdraw?
Withdrawals from programs more than one week before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund less a $25.00 administration fee; withdrawals less than one week before, or after the program's start date, are not eligible for a refund. For refund requests, please email [email protected].
